Globalization, according to Rothenberg (2013), is defined as â€Å"the integration among the people, government, and companies of different countries.† Globalization is the creation and expansion of economic and social connections among people and organizations around the world. This process is fueled by movement of people, goods, ideas, technology, and money across national boundaries. Globalization of business is the change of a business from a company operating in one country to one that operates in multiple countries. It is the interconnection of international markets and management of businesses as global industries. Business management is the act of getting people together to accomplish desired business goals and objectives. Globalization brings many challenges to business management in several areas. Overcoming these challenges can have an enormous positive impact on a business. Primarily, globalization creates a business entity with a global market that is typically many times larger than the business’ original domestic market..
